Alix Lacloche is a French-American cook and food scenographer who has gained recognition for her unique approach to food design.
Born in Paris, Alix grew up in a family of food and culture enthusiasts with an American mother and a French father. After completing her studies in both food and art in Paris, Lacloche worked for several years in kitchens in Paris and San Francisco.
Alix’s multicultural upbringing has influenced her creative approach to food and design, blending culinary traditions from different cultures to create visually stunning and conceptually rich dining experiences. Her fascination with the intersection of art and food eventually led her to pivot her career towards food design and scenography for events and fashion shows.
